It's just the cap patch. This is the Space Force's official emblem:

I don't how much blowback he'd face for marketing either sigil without a license, as USSF is a public entity...unless he's stupid enough to present himself or his merch as official, which might be a federal crime.

He can't be that stupid, right?

Okay, this will be fun to watch.

Many years ago, my wife made two ceramic mugs, one for her and one for me, with medallions of the Navy and USAF crests embedded on the side. Someone saw them and asked where she got it. She told him that she made it and offered to make some at a reasonable cost. Another person overheard this and asked for her contact info, which she happily provided. The following week, she received a registered letter from the JAG office stating that she would need to apply for permission / a license before she would be allowed to sell any item with official military insignia on it.

Ooh, that is interesting.

Let's see if the Space Force is watching that closely.

Oh, I'm sure Alec has filed the appropriate paper work and paid the appropriate licensing fees...

...:guffaw:

Right, and now its just the emblem on the ballcap:

And he's not the only one. An ad started coming up on my homepage for a military theme shop selling the same cap.
It is not just for ballcaps.....it IS their official logo. The other thing you posted is their official SEAL. I work in a JSOC with members of all services in Stuttgart Germany on the garrison. If you don't believe me take it from them.

Acknowledged. Doesn't change the fact that LFIM isn't the only one using it for personal gain, and this time the "everybody's doing it" defense might hold up better. Consider how young USSF is. How many official licenses for its insignia do you think they've issued?

Zero. Don’t even know if the members are wearing their own swag. Lol.
