But they do believe in the Great Material Continuum which is a sort of spiritual “invisible hand” that turns greed into social good.I think they only value one's personal wealth and not what impact each person has on their society.

This does not indicate that the tutors or teachers are women! I'm going to stick with at least male ferengi getting all their education past potty training and basic language from male teachers.
