What are we going to do if it is as bad as he says though. What if it rewrites the old shows and makes it clear this isn't some alternate timeline. Those shows are gone for good? I mean do we at this point just go full in on head canon and accept nothing done by CBS is true canon and it's now it's own thing even if they insist it isn't?

I'm sure that the writers of Star Trek Discovery are really upset that they guy who wrote Free Enterprise is mad at them because of what he thinks is going to happen. Remember Free Enterprise, it was Swingers if they were pathetic manchildren and William Shatner showed up and rapped.

Just think. When Kirk and the rest were on the planet they thought they were talking to the ring, when in reality their was just some speaker connected to it and instead it was some guy hiding behind some of those rocks looking on and talking to them through the speaker.

Jason
No, that's the Wizard of Oz.

I wouldn't have even remembered that movie if Shatner hadn't rapped Shakespeare.

That was one of my birthday presents. I got the two disk special edition. I love the movie. It puts out the interesting idea of, What if you had some trek fans that were as cool and hip and happening as the guys in "Swingers" and then William Shatner enters their life.

I wish I was that lucky. The classic tale of boy meets girl, boy loses girl because he's a fucking child and didn't pay the light bill, and boy gets girl back because he promised to get a job and pay his bills like an adult.

They weren't cool or hip. There were just played by attractive people.
