i decided to learn Blender, the 3d program.
so far i have made a donut.
it's...a..... gonna take a while

^that's what we call evolution :)
I can make donuts, too, but only the jam-filled variety :D
i think you make your donuts a lot quicker than this.... it was like 3 weeks, following a tutorial:p

based on how the glaze looks and my new avatar,
i totaly gonna try make a Brain-Slug next weekend:ack::)

I worked a couple of jobs where I had to do filing. I did it. But somehow at home I just can't seem to file anything. I have a huge pile of things in a spare room waiting patiently to be filed. I don't know what it is I just hate to file!

So, whenever my brain is on stand-by when I just walk somewhere or something not thinking about anything particular, my brain flashes the phrase "Tomorrow is Friday" into my mind. Regardless of which day of the week it is, it's always "Tomorrow is Friday", and following that, I either go "No, it's not, tomorrow is (insert appropriate day)", or "Oh, yeah, tomorrow is Friday". Which, in my case, makes even less sense than with most other people, as I work on Saturdays, I don't even have normal weekends. It's just weird, and I have no idea why my brain does that.

I was co-chair of my employer's LGBTQ committee/affinity group for a few years and also held a couple of different posts, despite having very little leadership experience. It was a lot of work, but I was glad to have contributed to the success of the group, especially during Pride Month.

I have yet to watch the star war movies... I have no excuse as I have all of them in mp4 form of the highest quality... I know someday I'll get around to it.... Someday!!!

It sounds like a mild case of OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder). We all have them from time to time (like when you have a tune in your head that you can't get rid of). I am sort of an anti-OCD freak and I do everything I can to rid myself of mine as soon as I identify them but to each their own. I know people that are not bothered at all by these kinds of things.

Are you obsessed with getting rid of them? :devil:

Mrs. Silvercrest's mom had a cat that she named Baby Mattie after her nephew. As it was a girl cat (which they always knew), I thought that was a little odd. I suggested they spell it "Maddie", but nope. Anyway, I guess there's precedent for "Mattie" being a girl's name.
