And there's a lot of them over the course of nearly 50 + years of Star Trek..

My favourites were the Q the Organians, and the Dowd though with that last one we only saw a single one of them, and it only lasted one episode. But I always wondered whether these races know of each other or even meet each other, would they get along our would there be disputes?

I wonder what the Q and Organians would have thought of the Dowd wiping out an entire race from all eternity.

The Organians probably don't care. They're mainly concerned with keeping kids off their lawn.
Q. I dunno. If it wasn't one if their "pets" they might not care either.

I think the vast majority of the "Super-evolved Species" aren't too terribly concerned with anything beyond themselves. Most of them probably exist on different planes of existence and don't really interact with one another. Some, like the aforementioned Q and the Organians, may have personal interests in our plane of existence and are more likely to interact with us than with each other.

The Organians could care less what the Q does, but they may take issue with pesky Humans and Klingons wrecking their old neighborhood.

I don't know if that was pure fear or something else. He seemed more wary of her then frightened.

Considering that the El-Aurians were all but wiped out by the Borg, it's hard to consider them god-like. It's also not clear if Q was mistrustful of El-Aurians in general or just of Guinan in particular.

I haven't read them, but I think there are some suggestions in the books that it was her stay in the Nexus that made Guinan an adversary for Q (and also gave her the ability to perceive changes in time).

I came to research "God-Like" beings and meandered into Non-Coporeal Beings which all seem to have many "God-Like" powers or Super Powers of various sorts:
- Q
- Douwd
- Organians
- The Prophets / Pah-Wraith
- Cytherian
- Calamarain
- Kes became a Non-Corporeal being.
- The Traveler / Wesley Crusher

I'm sure they must know of one another. Supposing that most of these entities have huge areas of perception (and possibly interests), how could it be any different? For that same reasons they probably also interact with one another- except of course when they are really isolationistic. But such interactions might not be in terms we simple mortals can comprehend and categorise neatly. Perhaps we can't say they 'meet' or are 'friendly' or 'hostile' - they may well be far beyond any such descriptions.

All Q's reaction to Guinan suggests is maybe the El Aurians have some kind of defense against their powers. Maybe their 4th dimensional awareness has something to do with it.

If there's one thing TNG dropped the ball on, it's Q reacting like THAT to Guinan and never doing anything with it. Ever. For 6 more years. Wow......

Well, if a yellowjacket behaves aggressively, I might still give it a wide berth, even though I could squash it and in turn it can do little more than sting me (in normal circumstances). Perhaps the Q-Guinan interaction can be read that way. Not really afraid, not really a power comparison, but still a bit apprehensive about getting stung.

Guinan might be able to interfere with the Q in some way. No godlike powers in her own right, but some special relationship.

I am reminded a bit of an anime character from OUTLAW STAR called Hazankō, an entity that has abilities hard to describe...
