Nice updates!
These are so damn gorgeous. I absolutely adore those interiors. Honestly, I have no C&C. Marvelous, just marvelous.

Thanks. And sorry mate, but I generally don't share my models. I had some trouble regarding this in the past, with stuff being stolen, so I'd rather not deal with that.

Thanks man! Yeah, everyone keeps asking for animations, I just don't have the time to render. Hopefully soon.
As for the TOS Enterprise, I mean, I'm not trying to compete. Your guys work is fantastic as well and I made a point of doing something different than what others were doing. I didn't want to just do another copy of the studio model. I also need to do it if I eventually want to complete all the Enterprises. All this to say, tough luck
Seems odd to me that the pylon and nacelle placement on the Akula were asymmetric. I'd have expected the lower neck pylon to be mirrored on the upper side of the hull, perhaps with a photon launcher too, and the left and right impulse engines to be beefier, runnung the full depth of the saucer.

Funny you mention that. I kinda of dropped that old concept. I tried to make it work but it always felt clunky. I even tried radically different designs but nothing really felt right. It did give me ideas for different ships though. We'll see. I still have the TOS Connie to finish and the Excelsior is also on the back of my mind.
