Trek guest actors in maybe surprising roles

Oh - popped in a Twilight Zone disk during dinner last night, and ended up watching Nick of Time, the one with Shatner and his fiance trapped in a little Ohio diner by a fortune telling machine.

I was actually startled in this episode when Nick and his wife cross the street. It was really Shatner, and it sure looks like they
barely miss getting hit by a speeding truck!
It was either a lucky inadvertency or a daring stunt.

Charlie Picerni, Paul Baxley, Edwin Rochelle and Ken Lynch in The Ripper, an episode of Kolchak:The Night Stalker!

John Lormer popped up again on Branded already, just a few eps after his first appearance, in a different role. "Now Join the Human Race" also costarred Burt Reynolds as an Apache!

Careful, Danno, she might break up 5-O! :p

Just caught Emily Banks as a junior college English teacher with a student who was inspired to kill a couple of people by reading Flaubert (Dragnet 1970, "Homicide – The Student," Sept. 25, 1969).

John Lormer is everywhere!
We were watching the Twilght Zone during dinner, and he's in the crowd scene during the hanging in the episode "Dust."

Saw William Smithers, R.M. Merik "Bread and Circuses", last night in Deathsport 3000.

On a Roll - Branded, "Seward's Folly" - Mr Atoz time travels back to 1873 Seattle as Seward himself.

^That's interesting, 'cause he also played a Japanese on Hawaii 5-0 once! Strange casting! (Then again. Mark Lenard also played a Japanese once on 5-0, as did numerous Italian actors. Ah, the 60s!)
Just watched the Lenard episode last night ("To Hell with Babe Ruth," Oct. 1, 1969). At this point, Ricardo Montalban, David Opatoshu, and Mark Lenard have guested on Hawaii 5-O in Asian roles...and we're barely into Season 2.
