I actually meant to write "some kind of" in the title but could not edit my title after posting. But then I realized that the video has both "some kind of" and "some sort of". So I guess it's both.

I'm sure it applies to TNG, but since I'm re-watching DS9 now, I'm struck by how many times they pull the "You better take a look at this" trope. I'll have to see if they use "some kind of/some sort of" as well.
Incidentally, the YouTube channel that produced this video also produces "INtakes," which edit bloopers, outtakes, etc. into the episode. It's an interesting thing and each video is only about a minute long. So if you're looking for some sort of distraction, there are worse things out there!
