Themed Viewing Orders

I've seen all of Trek many, many times but I'm always looking for new ways to experience the shows. For example, I recently watched all the Voyager Borg episodes in order and it was great. Do any fans out there have any cool arc/viewing orders to suggest to me? Any series, multi series, include the films I don't mind I'm just looking for a new way to experience one of my favourite shows.

For multi-series, you could watch time travel and similar episodes set in the past in order of the era they take place in. "Time's Arrow" for the 1890s, "The City on the Edge of Forever" for the 1930s, "Carbon Creek" for the 1950s, "Past Tense" for the 2020s...

I've been thinking about watching all the Barclay episodes and starting a thread about it. I haven't seen several of his VOY episodes, so a lot of the stories will be fresh to me.

Great idea. I really recommend these themed/mini arc viewings. I've just finished a Eugenics/Augments mini arc in chronological order, starting with the Enterprise three parter and concluding with TWOK.

I just thought of another idea for a fun mini-marathon: You could watch all the debut episodes of the big alien villains: "Balance of Terror" for the Romulans, "Errand of Mercy" for the Klingons, "The Last Outpost" for the Ferengi, "Q Who?" for the Borg, "The Wounded" for the Cardassians, the debut episodes for the Kazon and Species 8472 that I'm too lazy to look up right now (sorry, I'm not much of a VOY fan), and "Broken Bow" for the Suliban.

Oh, I made that as a list for an elimination game, though I went really broad... basically any alien that went on to become any sort of ongoing presence.

I'm doing a Section 31 DS9 rewatch at the moment. I think these mini-arc's are a fun way to watch a show. I'm just looking for a new way to experience a favourite show and it works.

i started watching episodes based on what people want to save first in one of Sakonna's elimination games,
it's the "The Most Disliked Trek-Noir". I totaly forgot how funny The Big Goodbye is;
(Beverly applauding enthusiastic when that guy gets shot for real)

Every so often, I'll do a Garak rewatch of DS9 and binge all of the Garak-centric episodes (plus any episodes in which he plays a significant role).
