Unfortunately, MegaGifs seems to have the same oddly restrictive terms as GifJungle did (so much so that I suspect one is a copy/replace of the other). But due to this, I had to remove the image and link from your post, and all subsequent replies. Sorry.
I suspect the giphy.gif filename is just because someone originally got the gif from Giphy... I believe that is their standard filename. (I also believe the unique image identifier appears as part of the path in the URL, not in the filename itself.) So I thought maybe I could find the same image on Giphy, and then just replace it for you... but I couldn't find it. Either it has since been removed, or my search-fu is weak. Sorry about that.
