I don't go outside unless I absolutely have to in general (for appointments, work and groceries, basically), not just during a pandemic, so I guess maybe I can give a few recommendations.
Read a lot. Books, newspapers, whatever. Also, try to take your time eating. No need to rush. Watch a lot of TV shows (Netflix, DVDs, whichever medium you like best) - but only the ones you really enjoy, don't waste your time and effort on stuff you realize you don't like, otherwise the negativity will start to annoy you pretty quickly. Get yourself "liking an actor" as a hobby - you can spend endless hours organizing your picture collection of him. lol And... sleep a lot. Take naps whenever you want to or feel you have to.
