Would love to see an Odyssey class Enterprise F but if we see any it will probably be the Enterprise E.

We know the Tal'Shiar are on the way, it wouldn't surprise me if Starfleet isn't far behind.

Should be a good opportunity for some class spotting for those who like to partake.

Agreed. Either Odysee's class F or the Verity (Picard and Raffi's old ship) would've been great. I don't mind seeing the E for nostalgic reasons.

But hopefully the Squadron doesn't consist of Constitution or Miranda-class ships. Seeing them during the Dominion War was OK (a tribute to TOS plus Starfleet needed all the ships it could get in a major crisis). But seeing them still in service some 25 years later could've leave some to wonder "Hmmm, is Starfleet got no money or it's way overstretched that these old birds are still in operation more than 130 years after they were first launched....

Oh, one other thing about if we would see Starfleet ships,
Anonymous questioner: Why not let us see the federation fleet at the star base #StarshipPorn
Michael Chabon: Dude, it's not like we're trying to hurt or punish you! This is not that kind of story. You walked up to a ramen shop in a food court and asked for falafel. If you want falafel, go across the court to Pita Trek. This here is Noodle Trek.

This made me LoL.

It would be a mix of ship classes I would think.

Just imagine if someone rolls up in a Discoprise, the screams that will echo through this forum, I doubt we will see any legacy ship classes like the Reliant or Constitution though, we could perhaps see an Excelsior as some must have survived the Dominion War but that is about it.

A lot depends on money, they can use existing ships from TNG/DS9/VOY easily enough without breaking the bank which is why it will probably be the Enterprise E if we see any Enterprise at all.

With maybe a Galaxy, Nebula, Akira or Steamrunners, maybe even a Defiant class or an Intrepid.

I would love to see any Odyssey class, sending the USS Verity would be a nice gesture by Clancy.

Fact is we may not see any ships at all with just a cliff hanger until next season.

It really depends on what the show runners want to achieve with the final two episodes, do they want it to end positively with a last minute save by Starfleet or allied Romulan ships (Laris/Zhaban) or negatively by showing us that the big bad has arrived and that the Zhat Vash were right.

It could go in any number of directions really.

So, we have:
* The androids on the planet, plus whatever ships and orbital defenses they have
* The Romulan (Tal Shair/Zhat Vash) fleet
* The La Sirena
* The Borg cube, with Seven in command

Given the scenes for next week, it looks like you might have to scratch the third one off the list.

Nah, most fans I know don't give a fuck about ships.
That’s not true. The Eaglemoss collection wouldn’t be going for as long as it has if so.
I just hope we get to see at least one Fed ship. I hope it’s also lit well. I know the lighting is “more realistic” but I want to see them well.

Of course it's about ships. Is there a Trekkie alive (or dead) that has never owned even a single Enterprise model? I've had several, including the ORIGINAL Enterprise-E -- i.e. the one I created in 1990 using a plastic model of this:

I’ve still got that one. I never noticed how different it was to the actual version until years later. Have since bought a more accurate one.

I own an Art Asylum refit Enterprise and the 1701 original and 1701-D from Eaglemoss. Other than some of the DVD/Blu-Ray/4K sets and some BTS books, that’s all I own of Trek mercy. But starships certainly aren’t why I watch Star Trek. They might have been in the past. But not in the past twenty years or so.
