Unlike Icheb, who only Seven seemed concerned about, attacking Nog brings down the ire of both the Grand Nagus & a criminal mastermind. Also I cant want to Nog get tortured and get his ears ripped off! uggggh
He was an arrogant prick who deserved it (hubris). The generalization of Riker's attitude regarding 20th century humans was unnecessary.Offenhouse would have been considered the worst of the lot.
Indeed. It's rather frustrating. But, keeps you in businessHowever, that part of the episode gave us the goddamn no money / we work to better ourselves thing, which haunts us to this day.
This. This is the source of my frustration. Fans don't feel consistent with what pisses them off-only that they want to be pissed off.Today is a little different now. Today it's defending DSC and PIC against people who hold up TNG-ENT as the definitive version of Trek. Half of which I think is bullshit because weren't these the same people who hated VOY, ENT, and B&B? I think the position they're taking now is ridiculous in context with the one they had before. They're flip-flopping.
So, not a lot of Trek appeals to you then?My feelings one the finished Trek shows go thus TOS: extremely ambivalent, TAS: hahaha no , TNG: It gets god after season two and get stale by season 7, DS9: mostly great inversion of TNG with some stinkers VOY: well... I liked Picardo atleast. ENT: pretty underrated and overhated
I go by mostly an episode by episode bassesSo, not a lot of Trek appeals to you then?![]()
Plus my real passion, adoration, and introduction into the franchise were the movies not the TV shows. The first Star Trek thing I ever saw was Wrath of Kahn and without knowing anything about star trek before hand i loved the movieSo, not a lot of Trek appeals to you then?![]()
It's a science fiction show set in the year 2399 and set in the Star Trek universe, a fictional universe based on an obscure TV show from the 1960s. The protagonist is an old French owner of a vineyard who was a former Admiral in Starfleet, an organisation that's a mix of Navy, Scientific Exploration Fleet and Scientology but set in and operating in space.I dont understand this show!
Hell be here all week folks! It's a science fiction show set in the year 2399 and set in the Star Trek universe, a fictional universe based on an obscure TV show from the 1960s. The protagonist is an old French owner of a vineyard who was a former Admiral in Starfleet, an organisation that's a mix of Navy, Scientific Ekploration Fleet and Scientology but set in and operating in space.
The plot revolves around a vast conspiracy about synthetic life forms that members of said fictional organization and members of a secret organization of an alien species called 'Romulans' are a part of and the protagonist coming to terms with his own mortality and the mistakes he made in the past. However, at this point, it is unlear how these elements will fit together at the end of the season.
And then, there are the Borg, a cybernetic alien race with a mind hive that are expansive and dangerous and played a part in the history of the protagonist in some way. They may be a clue to what the conspiracy is about but could be a red herring for all we know.

that's "Falcon Crest: Cumson", starring Lorenzo Lamas you're thinking of. Coming to CBS: AA later that yearWhelp, I'm out. I thought it was a show about wine.![]()
Oh god All access would probably do that. If not for Star Trek it would be dead in the waterthat's "Falcon Crest: Cumson", starring Lorenzo Lamas you're thinking of. Coming to CBS: AA later that year
Must admit I have never really considered any series to be definitive Star Trek.I never saw it as the definitive version of Star Trek, but I was arguing with people about this subject up through 2002-ish. After Nemesis tanked and DS9 was released on DVD and started airing on Spike, that's when I began to notice a shift toward DS9.

Not lying, I'd watch it.Oh god All access would probably do that. If not for Star Trek it would be dead in the water
The worst part about "The Neutral Zone(TNG)" is that Picard is a bigger and more smug jerk than Offenhouse and in the end Offenhouse is right about the Romulans even though he'd never even heard of them before setting foot on the bridge of the Enterprise.
