BTW, the pictures can also be viewed on the actress' Instagram page:
Seth MacFarlane is leaving Fox and going to NBC.
It shouldn't impact the Orville thankfully, as it moves to Hulu anyway.

Looking forward to season 3
NBC Universal is a part-owner of Hulu as well, so yeah, Orville is fine there. Pehaps this new deal has something to do with The Orville season 3 happening.

The 2 companies have entered into an agreement where Disney has assumed full control of Hulu, with the intent to buy out Comcast/NBC-U's stake at a later date. This way, Comcast gets to continue to share in whatever profits Hulu generates, and Disney can put off adding more debt to their ledger after swallowing Fox' entertainment assets.Does Disney own the other part? I assumed Disney owned all of Hulu. I got to say these corporate tv deals are getting harder to follow.

So after a year of leaving the position vacant, they're going to go ahead and add a new navigator to the cast.
That doesn't compare at all. Ro wasn't in the main cast, and she only had something like eight appearances. And the "rotating cast" between her and Wesley consisted of two speaking roles. For that matter, I don't think Orville has had a speaking navigator since John went to engineering.Fairly ST:TNG, wouldn't you say? They had a rotating cast between Wesley and Ro.
