Spoilers General Disco Chat Thread

Heh ... the author and her Editor didn't do a very good fact check...

..."With season three of Star Trek: Discovery expected to be released in early 2019, very little is known about what will happen in the coming season. As such, the filming here in Kingston was kept under wraps until the cast and crew completed their final day of wrap-up yesterday." ...

They must have edited the article, because I'm pretty sure it said 2020 when I read it a couple minutes before posting this.

Yeah, the day after it was posted.
They answered my post pointing it out at the bottom of the article.
(as well as a few others)
:)

I know, right? Some of the craziest stuff the Canadian prison system's yet seen happened in Kingston Pen!

From the pics shown it looks like the right place to film though. It's being used currently for tours and stuff but it looks very Federationy..

Anyone know what happened to the QMx Enterprise and Mirror universe badges from Discovery? My wife got me the 24th century Terran Empire badge (used in the comics) and I wanted to get the Disco version.

This article came up in my news list, so I just thought I'd share. Apparently, Ars Technica has picked the Star Trek: Discovery title sequence as one of the top 15 title sequences of the decade.

The 2010s were a veritable golden age of opening credits in television

Since the list is sorted chronologically, Discovery comes in on page 4. (And it looks like they corrected the name of the ship when they talk about the flyby at the end of the sequence... when I had originally read it, they had identified the ship as the Enterprise! )

Netflix’s lists of most popular shows in 2019 have come out for each region.

I haven’t found Discovery in the ones I’ve checked (Australia, UK and France).

In the final episode did Michael send the final red signal before passing through the wormhole into the future or after because if its the latter how did people in the present like Spock see it?

I've got four episodes left to watch on my season two blu-ray set (first time rewatching the season since it aired, too). I've got a lot to do tonight, but I'll be damned if I'm not going to wrap it up today. I've not watched Such Sweet Sorrow as a big two hour double episode yet, so that's got me excited.

That proposed series on Nickelodeon I've been thinking about it and well how do kids stumble upon a starship and let alone are able to fly it?
