tonite--- vomit i did.sorta feel better now.

yes I solved what was wrong, you know... the food was poisoned !!! I had fresh veggies .. the carrot the celery the green beans .. spices -- just from the cabinet You know .. like a little of oregano and pepper rosemary- and so on --- so I put caraway seeds in the mix with the veggies cause I like that flavor OH NO not good..
just now checking the expiration date on caraway= best before.. june 22 2014 so that is the cuprite with the sick and kinda projectile vomiting after the second helping a day later just before.. OMG I still have a bunch of that seed left .. OMG Now I check all my spice dates first before using.. wow just like damn was losing my chill* with that.. I thought I don't want to eat that again but it was the spices -- not the veggies --

Just to et you know, generally speaking, spices don't typically spoil, they just lose their potency over time. So spices that are older will probably lose a lot of their flavour, but they shouldn't typically make you sick (assuming age is the only problem).

Since your caraway seeds are already past 2-3 years past the date, they have probably lost some of their potency, but under normal circumstances they shouldn't have made you sick.

well I ate the stew next day had normal bowel then emptied my whole bowel completely a few moments later.. just like mad amounts. not usual and --- also used mrs dash the tomato and basil one that was near the bottom of the bottle too. I put like 35 caraway seeds and even more of the mrs dash.. so I am guessing either the old tomato effect or the argot caraway thing by five years later.. IDK I should just throughout the bootles I know they look kinda new.. and fresh but I remember back when I think I got those spices === so yeah they were not flavorful at all IDK my reality was spinning so fast and then nausea and some headache migraine going on. it felt like weird food poisoning. still I am not sure.. --- my hallucinations had increased some === like closing my eyes and seeing my black - white checkered underwear thru my eyelids on the floor(they were not near there). and something about I could put patterns of red lines on everywhere I looked.. --

NO Sore Throat anymore too much it was the stew the mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic was use by 10/27/2014 too.. Stew went down the toilet Hopefully it does not poison the world like that .. but yeah looked bad in the toilet too,.. but my first batch without the caraway was great tasted great and very very edible
