Hi,
We hope this email finds you well.
Earlier today we sent an email to customers informing them about changes to our Star Trek Starship Collection subscriptions in some territories. This will only impact some customers in Europe, depending on when you started your subscription, and does not apply to the Discovery collection.
The original Starship Collection will continue through to issue 180 as planned, production is not stopping, but those customers who are affected will need to buy subsequent issues from our online store in their area. If you did not receive this email, you should not be affected.
As for Star Trek Discovery, the collection continues unaffected, and we look forward to expanding your range of Discovery ships for some time to come!
Please disregard any communication that says otherwise, and if you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team by calling 01425 462 184 or 0844 493 6091; or sending an email to customercare@eaglemoss.co.uk
We apologise again for any confusion caused.
I'm not entirely sure why this only impacts "some customers in Europe"? Europe is a big place. Which regions? Is there some condition whereby this may have a further impact elsewhere?Hi,
We would like to thank you for being a subscriber to the Star Trek Starships Collection.
Subscribers in some countries may have received an email announcing the end of the subscription program.
This does NOT affect subscribers in the United States. Your subscription will continue monthly without any interruptions.

Well, that should reassure the people who weren't able to read your email, because you didn't send it to them.If you did not receive this email, you should not be affected.
Considering the generally piss-poor customer service for subscribers, that they'd even bother sending emails to something that only effects 126 people doesn't really make much sense either. So either they thought it was going to be more broadly applicable and blasted it out to many more customers, or it does effect more than the 126 customers in Hungary or wherever. So I’m one of the very few in the UK who is affected who was never a subscriber in the first place. Seems very bizarre.

What? Are you joking, because that isn't what they did at all.It is funny how everyone hated the Abramsverse, until they called it Prime and now everyone loves it.![]()

I don't see any resemblance.A lot of it looks like they ripped it straight from the Abramsverse drawing board.
The Section 31 ships inside and out are clearly extensions of the USS Vengeance design aesthetic, from black hulls to cutouts and drones and everything else.I don't see any resemblance.
Other than being black, they have nothing in common. The Section 31 ships inside and out are clearly extensions of the USS Vengeance design aesthetic, from black hulls to cutouts and drones and everything else.

Sure, it's obviously inspired by the Vengeance, but I can't see them existing in the same universe together, there are differences that don't work. For one, they don't have saucers, they have triangles, and the their nacelles are a completely different shape.
We've seen exactly those sorts of differences in Starfleet ships.I can't see them existing in the same universe together, there are differences that don't work. For one, they don't have saucers, they have triangles, and the their nacelles are a completely different shape.
