Who is the girl? [PICARD]

What if she is Picard and Seven's daughter? If some Borg tech remained in their bodies, she might inherited some of it and it might explain why she could be dangerous. And it might also explain why she apparently searches for Picard ;)

What is with you and this Picard/7 hookup kick you’re on? It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Saying that your theory is dumb isn’t an insult against you. I don’t even know you. All I know is your idea is silly. Maybe you’ll have better ones in the future.

This YouTube video posits that Dahj is Picard's daughter and that DNA was taken from him when he was Locutus. This sounds like a good theory... except for one critical thing: "The Best of Both Worlds" takes place in 2366/2367 and Picard takes place in 2399.

Dahj doesn't look 32. Otherwise, the theory would fit like a glove.

I like the theory because, as this guy says, if the series is called Star Trek: Picard and Patrick Stewart can only do the show for so long because of his age, then the Picard could stand for not just Jean-Luc Picard, but Dahj Picard. The family line would continue on. Which is something Picard had been worried about ever since his brother and nephew died.

Which probably also means nothing ever happened between Picard and Crusher, or it only ever got so far.

Like I said, I like the theory but the math just doesn't add up. Unless her being part-Borg keeps her looking younger for longer. That could be a way around it. If true.

Isn't it possible though that while Picard DNA was extracted during the time he was turned into Locutus 32 years earlier, that it was kept frozen in Borg incubator/vault for several decades until the time the Romulans decided to extract and artificially inseminate it during their secret experiment - say 18 to 20 years prior to 'Picard'? Then they put Dahj inside the prison camp for ex-Borg drones and that's where she grew up.

This explains why Dahj is only approximately 20 years old when she escapes and finds her way into Chateau Picard. Just saying :):).

There's nothing to say the Borg didn't preserve the DNA to tinker with it, then select the appropriate "mate" for him. Maybe that took them a decade.

Or maybe this vlogger is off the rocker.

Edit: Ninja'd as I was typing!

Seven DOES have an affinity for kids (Naomi Wildman, Icheb, the Borglings, etc.).

She may have been artificially inseminated with Picard's sperm and the Borg may have taken her child away from her. Seven might not have ever gotten over the loss.

Which explains why Seven seems to be on revenge mode in that 'Picard' trailer when she fires two phaser rifles at once ;);)

Or maybe she’s just a plot device who gets killed early in the first episode which spurs Picard to join Rios’s crew for reasons.

Let's hope that's not the case. With rumors that
Jeri Ryan and Robert Picardo will be reunited in S2 of 'Picard'
- I hope it won't happen and instead Seven will be an integral part of Picard and his motley A-team crew...

The hints from the trailers suggest that she's kidnapped by a group of Romulans headed by Narek.

Huh? I wasn’t talking about Seven, I was talking about Dahj.
