Contest: ENTER Misc Av Contest--Blue & White

Everyone knows my favorite color is blue, so I decided to go with one of my favorite color combinations for this week's contest: blue and white--anything blue and/or white. Pretty much anything goes but it cannot be from media, so no TV shows, movies, comics, etc. . Standard av rules apply: 200 x 200 pixels max; 1 MB max, and work/Google safe. The voting thread will go up on the 12th, or thereabouts. You may enter up to two avatars.

over exposed video footage from Halloween.. at MSG this is the stage.. were I filmed the Dead and company there on stage... --- it does clear up --- into the video.. but not yet. notice the blue and white exposures.. live video.
this is the video here I guess I could do a gif.. IF I can with this clearing up kinda .. that would be my second avatar but IDK if it is possible with gimp I have the footage here

oops. I'm sorry, Kai. I posted at my office and our stupid firewall blocks all images so that I couldn't see any of the entries.
But the flag with the Big State Coat of Arms is a totally different matter, of course! I was refering to the "un-armed" one everyone may use.
