After digesting it a bit more, I think I can see where the criticism is coming from, not that it's all that egregious, for a silly fantasy flick imho. We can cut it a little bit of a break. TBH, the dude's not making high artHe's coming under heavy, heavy fire from the media lately because he made males the main characters in his new film and not Margot Robbie and supposedly it objectives women because Margot is portrayed as being attractive.
Many are saying there is no room for QT in a post me too movement as his movies have nothing to do with empowering women.
Do you agree or will you pay to see this film.
Have you seen Death Proof? It's basically snuff porn & bad acting lolI saw the film today and it felt like a 3 hour long film. Production and costume wise, it was really well put together. As a narrative, it was merely decent, but probably QT's worst film I have seen.

You'd probably like Kill BillI have not. The only QT films I've actually seen were:
Reservoir Dogs
Pulp Fiction
Inglorious Bastards (My favorite of his films)
Django Unchained
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
So, the Star Trek equivalent of Birth of a Nation...?As long as it's a Star Trek movie and he makes it as "un-politically correct" as possible.

Who honestly thinks Paramount will release a rated R Star Trek movie?
Warner is releasing a R rated Banana Splits film, so...Who honestly thinks Paramount will release a rated R Star Trek movie?
