I say bring back Amy Adams but not as Lois but as her one-off season 1, Smallville character. JasonMeh. Amy Adams? Now you’re talking.

They don't need Batman. Part of the appeal of the Arrowverse for me is that it showcases the parts of the DC Universe that get overshadowed by DCs "Big Three". I'm happy with Superman being a supporting character and Batman being an urban legend and Wonder Woman (and Green Lantern) only alluded to.Sucks that they won’t be allowed to use Batman in this because of “reasons”.
That's a lie. Everyone needs Batman.They don't need Batman.

He'd just be sad circus boy without him.Nightwing would disagree.

From what I recall, Batman doesn't have that big a role in COIE. Plus the Earth 1 Batman is AWOL, not sure about the Earth 38 one. In related news it looks like Arrow season 8 is going to serve to an extent as a lead-in to COIE.Sucks that they won’t be allowed to use Batman in this because of “reasons”.
That brings to mind a 1979 Batman Family story that, now that I think about it, had a "City on the Edge of Forever" vibe to it. Batman and Robin visit a parallel Earth where Bruce Wayne is still a kid whose parents haven't been murdered yet. Robin discovers that this version of Bruce is a spoiled brat and, IIRC, argues that maybe they shouldn't interfere with what's going to happen, because it will make Bruce the man that he is. Ultimately Batman does prevent the murder of his counterpart's parents, but that encounter with Batman is what inspires the younger version of Bruce.ETA: That makes me wonder if they've ever done a "It's A Wonderful Life" riff with Batman? Where would all the people who's lives he touched be without him?

Or in this case more of a...^Memory is a trickster.

I didn't really trust that report, but Cress Williams seems to have confirmed it:The rumor mill has Black Lightning appearing. I'm so cool with this, if true.
