I'd like that.I suppose there might be one.
I’d love if they transition to the Odyssey uniforms in later seasons.
And there's always one

With, like, facts and stuff?
Bullcrap. And regarding the 25% rule: They state a rumor that after negative reviews from test audiences they specifically licensed props and designs from the Berman era to use them in the reshoots for the show and bring it closer to the look of Berman-Trek and further away from JJ-Trek. BUT: Burnett states that he talked to Fuller when he still was a producer of DIS, and Fuller never mentioned such a 25% rule.
Yes. Because there was a certain amount of truth: an over-eager producer DID told John Eaves to design the Enterprise for DIS "different", which for Hollywood people "25%" is a good rule of thumb. Because of licensing issues.Needless to say, CBS does not need to license designs that CBS owns. And even if there were negative test screenings (doubtful), I find it highly improbable that concern over the props(!) would warrant re-shoots.
This 25% nonsense will never die, will it?
Facts would be cool. So would an actual statement from Fuller, rather than from the director of *checks notes* Agent Cody Banks.
Really? I get pages of results.Almost every YouTube channel that reacted to the trailer has been flagged by CBS and removed. I do see that at least one of them has been restored so far.
Eaglemoss does not have the license to use any of theBullcrap.

....toy licenses! Merchandise. Secondary stuff.
Because now, when Eaglemoss wants to make a model of the Disco-Enterprise, they have to pay an additional license fee (even though they already have the license for models of Matt Jeffries original designs). Star Trek Online uses the Disco-enterprise in its "Disco"-package, not the TOS one. And whenever the Dosco-Prise appears in a ship's of the live calendar, a penny goes up this DIS producer, and not Matt Jeffries estate anymore.
Of course CBS owns all props of Star Trek!
Maybe ones that had the actual trailer playing in the video.Almost every YouTube channel that reacted to the trailer has been flagged by CBS and removed. I do see that at least one of them has been restored so far.
You're confusing Jefferies and Franz Joseph.Eaglemoss does not have the license to use any of the Jefferies Trek designs beyond the TOS Enterprise.
And Star Trek Online was told specifically by CBS NOT to use any of the extra ship designs from the Original Trek Tech Manual. (per the DEV's themselves)
The Jefferies Estate and CBS are not on good terms and it doesn't seem that will change anytime soon.
(obviously, it's a matter of large sums of money and neither is willing to budge)
Case in point:
When the design of the Federation Logo first used in Season 1 of DISCOVERY had to be altered, because it looked too much like the one Jefferies created for the Tech Manual.

Might be because the the art is commissioned, and not made by CBS? Maybe Drexler has connections. Who knows. That is an interesting situation.Although Doug Drexler made a CGI model of the Ptolemy tug for one of the SOTL calendars, so I'm not sure about where things are at this point with that.
Because Seven eight her nutritional suppliment.Speaking of which, why was Six afraid of Seven?

The Guy is going by the Trailer, not the episode. Fuller pitch take place before Spock and Nero go back in time. Picard series, take place, I think 12 years after.Looks like Robert Meyer Burnett was personally given the treatment that Fuller wrote for CBS. He read from it on his YouTube channel and hinted that Fuller will be contacting the WGA in the near future. Seems like CBS liked Fuller’s ideas but they didn’t want to deal with him so they replaced him with a hack that they could control in Alex Kurtzman.

And even if there was enough that Fuller can cry foul, WGA certainly has channels to settle this sort of thing far short of a lawsuit. IIRC, Fuller decided to leave (perhaps after some gentle encouragement from CBS?) because DIS was taking too much time away from American Gods and his other projects.Definitely skeptical that PIC came from a pitch from Fuller.
RMB is great with Fan Films, but considering how long he stayed with the Axanar dumpster fire before finally leaving, I'd take anything he says with a huge grain of salt.Looks like Robert Meyer Burnett was personally given the treatment that Fuller wrote for CBS. I'd imagine anything that borrows from Countdown will have royalties paid.the show also has shades of the "countdown" comic in it, so i wonder if roberto orci cried too.
