Okay so... who is the girl played by Isa Briones? IMDB gives her the name Dahj. Let's speculate until early 2020 when we all find out and are disappointed. Is she Lal resurrected, mind-wiped and wearing a new face? A young Borg Queen awaiting some Red Angel-style temporal silliness to make her the Queen? Spock's quarter-Vulcan daughter (hence the round ears)? An advanced Borg infiltration drone? Why does she feel safe around Picard?
I think she's a borg the Romulans ripped the implants out of, and is drawn towards Picard because he was once Locutus.
Active nano probes maybe? Or the Romulans are lying. My original theory is that she would have that borg nano virus the Queen wanted to make in Voyager (and was used in the novels)
I'll just observe she has a cut on her forehead which seems to be bleeding red blood. Hence she's unlikely to be Lal, or some sort of drone, unless it's deep, deep undercover.
Since she expects Picard to know her, and the angry romulan says she's "the destroyer/the ender of all" I'm guessing young Borg queen
You know, that could be it. We know the Queen has multiple bodies, I assume they're grown and don't just get created fully aged.
I had the same idea earlier today. Another possibility I'm entertaining is that she's Shinzon's daughter.

She is the daughter of Picard and Lwaxana Troi and the reason she is in danger is because those ferengi guys that kidnapped Lwaxani that one time are back
