Apparently Star Trek is appreciated by at least one of the heavenly bodies in our solar system. Recently, Mars has proudly declared itself to be a fan of the franchise as the Starfleet logo was spotted on its surface by the MRO. The logo isn't perfect, but it's not too bad for a few million years of wind erosion and the like. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/star-t...y-mars-surface-reconnaissance-orbiter-camera/
Mars also likes Watchmen - hence the smiley face crater, Galle. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galle_(Martian_crater)
Is there any doubt it was put up there by Alec Peters to invalidate copyright on the badge and clear the path for Axanar?
I'm still waiting on the evidence from the secret manned mission to Mars that uncovered the buried statues of Edgar Rice Burroughs.
I liked the John Carter movie. Saw it only once though. Jupiter likes a huge big single eye. It's the logo of a future entertainment franchise.
I tend to like things that people in general dislike or frown upon.. So have had many conversations where I say I like X and they look at me funny then go "why do you like that it's crap" and then I retort that what they just said is their own opinion, just because a few people think something is crap does not make it crap. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that.
naah, it's a petrified Nussbeugerl: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nußbeugerl_(Regensburg).jpg If not petrified it's yummy stuff =)
