Supergirl - Season Four

Those ratings are kind of weird in that Supernatural is 3rd and Arrow 5th so I don't know why they would want to cancel them. I can go with some more seasons from them. Of course it's a tv sin that "Legends of Tomorrow" doesn't get better ratings but a even bigger one is "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" being dead last. I really got into that show just recently and I am starting it's 4th and final season and frankly it's the best show on the CW. How in the world does the show come into last place? To use the pun, This is why we can't have nice things.:weep:

There is a difference between a show being cancelled and a show ending. Supernatural has been on the air for 15 years. Not only would the actors genuinely like to move on, the network has to keep giving them raises if they want to continue. While Arrow didn't run as long as Supernatural, the same logic applies. The actors want to move on. Besides, if we're being honest with ourselves, Arrow began to run out of steam around season 4 or 5. Better to end it rather than let it continue as the quality drops further and further.

I still think supernatural should have ended after they met God's sister and got rewarded and complemented by the creators of everything. They should have just gotten their dad resurrected with their mom and dad and a happy ending. I mean, I like Jack and all but that honestly could have just been a spin-off.

That very year, they should have started Constantine's own show on CW to carry the torch for the supernatural.

There are only 10 shows on the CW. 3rd out of 10 is okay. Is 5th?

No, the ranking on the TV Series Finale page is out of 15 shows that were airing in the main season, not 10. Remember, they're on 6 nights a week now, so that's 12 hours of broadcasting, and sometimes two shows share the same slot at different times of year, like Black Lightning and Legends of Tomorrow. Plus there are the summer replacement series like iZombie and The Outpost. All in all, they've currently got 18 scripted dramas/comedies and 4 "reality/other" shows.

I have never seen the latter. Then again, I'm not in either demographic.

I asked my wife what she thought was the funniest song from Crazy Ex-Girlfriend....

I admittedly never watched Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, but I can sort of feel your pain. I've been watching and very much enjoying the CW's new In the Dark series, but I feel like I'm the only one: no buzz, no reviews, no discussion, no nothin'.

I like In the Dark, but I don't like the heroine trying to solve a murder SO FUCKING SLOWLY. Jessica Fletcher is rolling over in her gave. Just a show about Murphy pissing people off and banging random blokes would have been perfect.

Predictable episode especially that Lex told Lena that Kara is Supergirl.
I do not think that my wife and I continue the show.

Not until I see Hal Jordan get his comeuppance.

Anything in particular leading you to consider quitting the show? Or is it the series in general?

The show is painfully predictable and I don't know the proper translation but it all feels so forced and childish. Like all the anti trump and that Kelly Olsen would be the next girlfriend of alex etc.
And you knew from the start that Lena was going to find out the secret of Kara, my wife and I almost screamed at the tv ''just tell it!''.
And like in Smallville I believe that if lex and in SG Lena knew the secret from the start they would help Clark and Kara.

And I almost had to force my wife to watch the last two episodes, and she propably doesn't want to continue.
Besides, I got her addicted to the X files, agents of SHIELD and DS9 so we have enough to watch :)
