I totally think that Patrick Stewart would be up for voicing Dixon Hill in an animated Scooby-Doo movie. After meeting Batman and KISS, why not?!?!
Have you heard of the actual Hanna-Barbera crossover movie coming out next year where the Scooby gang team up with Captain Caveman to fight Dick Dastardly? We live in a very strange universe.

OH and yes the Scooby / Mulder thing would have fitted in well in season 7 with the other stuff they did.
A crossover between Back to the Future and Ghostbusters, if only to see Egon and Doc Brown talk science and geek out and maybe eventually invent a better more advanced proton pack together.
A crossover between Back to the Future and Timecop, where they're chasing Doc through the past, claiming he's making changes, but really they're mad because he came up with a better method of time travel than they did.

Some kind of MCU-like giant crossover of Hannah Barbera cartoons sounds ironically hilarious.
It all ends up in a Wacky Races to the power core at the Jetsons' work, and if Dick Dastardly gets there first, he can use it to enslave all the dinosaurs. Meanwhile, the Scooby gang investigates a plot to sabotage the other racers. They end up creating a big EM pulse to shut down all motors in a ten mile radius, shutting down all the other racers...except Fred Flintstone.
"Eee hee hee hee hee....I am inevitable."

He passes the power core to none other than the Harlem Globetrotters, who slam dunk it into the time rift, sending it back to the future where it belongs.
