Ah, okay. Still looks kind of lazy to me: Slap Mirror-NX decals on the AGT Enterprise. But IIRC the badges from this comic series have been merchandised, too.

Has anybody ever DONE a workup of the Dark Mirror E-D? I would love to see that.

No but I wish they would. I got chills just reading it.

Not to my knowledge. It's been a long time since I read it, but I remember a reference to the saucer section looking like a big "frown". Not entirely sure how they would model such a thing.

Using the AGT E-D and putting a new paint job on it is easy low-hanging fruit for them.

I don’t know but I know why it’s yellow. So it can be seen in space. Apparently yellow is more noticeable than red or green.

I can understand Eaglemoss wanting to reuse a mold, but making a ship from a non-canon comic is a bit weird.

If EM can produce this mirror 1701-D, then surely than can produce a ST Beyond 1701-A, and the multitude of unproduced Starfleet ships from the Kelvinverse movies?

Technically Titan is a canon ship.

Yep. I think he's a member here, or was at one point. I've always been underwhelmed by the design of the Luna class.

If they ever decide to do a fan design, they should go for @Vektor's USS Grandeur.

well certainly no disrespect intended to the designer either way. but i always found it a bit indistinct. i've never really been one of those people who liked a ship with a roll bar or pod attachment.

but the longevity of the design must certainly be a feather in his cap.

They changed the original Enterprise, they will have no issue coming up with something new if that's what they want.

Same basic configuration but with a deeper saucer and thicker secondary hull.
I am tired of mirror ships just having a new paintjob. If a ship was designed to be a wsrship by an aggressive culture it should look different than a peaceful explorer

Well, no, there isn't much of a difference as far as non-canonicity is concerned. It's just that a comic book is pretty much the lowest common denominator as far as Eaglemoss finding new ships to create, IMHO (and this comes from a former comic book collector...)
