Mine won't even stay in the same room... although he will often sit a little bit outside the door waiting till I'm done, then go in after I leave with the bag.

Almost like he's embarrassed, or something.

My male has always been obsessed about using the box immediately after it's been washed and has fresh littler. I can chase him off, but he'll circle back and have another try.

Willow, the cat I mentioned that will remind me to clean their boxes, will generally supervise me, also. She almost always uses it right after I'm done cleaning them, but if I take too long she'll jump in the box I'm half-done cleaning!

My little six year old nephew got his first pet cat. It's a rescue named Jasper, he has a cleft palate but I could barely notice it. It mainly affects how he eats. He's very affectionate and my nephew just loves to play with and pet cats, so it's a perfect match. My mom has a cat named Bean which adores my nephew despite hating everyone else. He told my mom to not let Bean know so she wouldn't feel like he loved her less.
