I think the problem is on phones. I just reloaded the page on my computer and it popped up fine, but on my phone, it's an error.I'm watching it too...![]()

All good it came through in the endI think the problem is on phones. I just reloaded the page on my computer and it popped up fine, but on my phone, it's an error.
Ah, okay, that makes sense.I think it was a temporary YouTube problem. A certain other video was also showing the same behavior. Now it's back again, even though the event is over. Ah, it's now a recording of the event, no longer live streaming.
Yeah, for a second I thought maybe they had cameos. But then I realized it was the wrong millennium! And that they were showing up to support the MCU & CM, as you say. Also, to plug AoS S6 a little ('s alright!).Ah, okay, that makes sense.
It was cool to see Henry Simmons and Natalia Cordova-Buckley show up on the Red Carpet in support of their cast mate. I hadn't expected to see them. Makes me excited for season 6!![]()
I actually spotted Simmons in the background during a previous interview and I initially thought "Nah, that's not him, it's just some security guy," until I saw Cordova-Buckley was there, too.Yeah, for a second I thought maybe they had cameos. Chloe Bennet and Elizabeth Henstrige showed up for a brief interview follow briefly by Ming-Na Wen and the guy who plays Zeke. Interestingly, I never saw Clark Gregg on the red carpet.Ah, okay, that makes sense.

I really think we would not be seeing these threads predictably shoot off into 50-100+ page dumpster fires again and again and again if the mods were more sincere in their dedication to civility rather than feeling entitled to selectively indulge in petty online drama. And there's an obvious difference between having an opinion and lobbing an insult. There is also a trollish passive-aggressive streak at play. For instance, Locutus' avatar image seems intended to troll Trek purists. I've seen him use that avatar in its larger form to deliberately mock them. You can't whack a hornet's nest with a baseball bat one moment and then put the referree hat on and expect them to not try to turn around and sting.
IMHO, if a mod is playing "off-duty police officer" they should be smacked down by the on-duty police officers when they start swinging below the belt. I see no evidence of this. I'm not even sure there's a mechanism for mods to issue warnings or ban other mods. Also, mods can't be put on ignore, so there's no getting around that being a mod offers the perks of immunity and a bully-pulpit, both of which may be the reason why some choose to volunteer in the first place.
I'm not going to belabor the point but this is my collective observation after having been here for many years. I know damn well questioning things like this risks being given a warning but like I said, if there's any interest in preventing flamewars (which is what mods are supposed to do) then it would pay to listen to some feedback.
It starts tomorrow here in Seoul.Red carpet live stream...
Good heavens, this is all self-pitying drivel. People have other opinions than you. So far as this forum goes, the only mods here are- Neroon, Spaceman Spiff, and Timby. Any other green band clan are just posters here like anyone else.I really think we would not be seeing these threads predictably shoot off into 50-100+ page dumpster fires again and again and again if the mods were more sincere in their dedication to civility rather than feeling entitled to selectively indulge in petty online drama...
I want to live in an echo chamber...
Oh, cool, I missed those! I'll have to go back and watch the recording.Chloe Bennet and Elizabeth Henstrige showed up for a brief interview follow briefly by Ming-Na Wen and the guy who plays Zeke. Interestingly, I never saw Clark Gregg on the red carpet.
Chloe and Elizabeth are at about 24 minutes, followed immediately by Ming Na. Samuel Jackson shows up at about 50 minutes, which I saw the first time I went through it, but missed Clark Gregg showing up at about 54 minutes, so I must have stepped out of the room at that point.Oh, cool, I missed those! I'll have to go back and watch the recording.
