Things that frustrate us all

Did something I do rarely these days. I ordered a pizza to be delivered that I used to appreciate a lot a couple of years back. Turns out the place either changed its chefs or its recipes or used lower quality ingredients because that didn't taste at all as I remembered. It's the last time I ever order anything from that place! To hell with them!!!

Have you tried a different browser? I've had similar trouble once or twice and tried using Chrome (I usually use Firefox) and it seemed to work.

I was able to get ahold of customer service (through FB) and they were able to resolve it. All good now.

Of course, email support waited until LONG after it had been resolved to get back to me again.

I hate it when that happens. Our favourite pizza place did the same. Went from delicious crispy base with lush toppings, to sparsely covered stodge; and the price went up.

My favorite pizzeria has raised their prices and curtailed their hours (finding that out when calling to order is definitely frustrating!), but thankfully the pizza is as good now as it ever was.

When you have a stray hair sticking to your lips, and you can't find it from feeling around your face, but you don't want to touch your lips and smear your lipstick, but it's driving you crazy ... *sigh* now I have to get up off my chair and use my mirror.

When people agree that you have a disability and admonish you when you try to do more than you should, yet get angry with you when you show any signs of said disability.

Yep. I can relate. My Dad and brother used to do the same thing to me.

I’m back to complaining about Pokemon Go. This time it’s because I can only claim one research challenge per day. I completed THREE today, but only one will count towards my research reward unless I wait and claim the second reward tomorrow and the third the day after. I should be able to blow through those at whatever pace I complete them at.

#FWP.

They're tearing down my favorite NYC hotel.

FUCK!

I called them and asked the operator if my reservation this year will still be useable, and she said it would, since this isn't going down for another 2-3 years.

But still...FUCK!

When you're sitting at the back of the plane and the food cart gets to you emptied of all the good food and you have to content yourself with the things that nobody wanted.

The fact that I don't remember that some things are better left unsaid until after I have said one of those things.

I can relate. Except, it's a hassle for people to accept that I've got certain health issues to begin with. Or they downplay them. I've pushed myself to that point of overdoing things because they don't understand. It's a double edged sword. They're angry when you try to build an understanding and get angry when you prove them wrong. (Rather than listening in the first place.) Explaining stuff can be more difficult than the condition/disabilty itself.

All too familiar to me. Not really with people IRL, but on the Internet.

My nose is running incessantly, lately. I cannot get it to stop. I did just take my dad's allergy nasal spray, so we'll see if that helps.

I just can't help to remember the story of a person whose nose wouldn't stop running down the back of their throat and it turned out that it was leakage from their brain cavity. That would be just my luck.

Ew.
