I imagine they are also paying a larger license fee for the current TV line than for series that aired twenty-plus years ago.

I've noticed they show a lot of backwards or upside down pics in their advertisements.
Who ever does the layouts must not be a Trek fan.

I also got the Tardigrade Figurine ...

It's about 3.5 inches tall and 5 inches long...
(it's fairly hefty also, made of solid resin)

It must be its best asset though...
The Antenna are always pointing it out.

Or maybe it's a Female and those are to show any Paramour's exactly where to 'ENTER HERE".

I like it. The paint job is pretty nice on it.

Issue #12 is supposedly the Enterprise (the non-XL version).

Wow, the Shran looks awesome. A positively weird little ship. Looking forward to the model.

Yes, that seems rather plausible as well. To be honest, I can't really complain about the price. The quality of the Discovery models has been outstanding thus far, so i don't regret one Euro I have been paying for this. But then again, I didn't get any of the Klingon ships, so I don't know how they compare quality-wise.

    Hey, stay classy!

Still looks like a Flying Frypan to me, but it's ok.
It's got some nice details on it.
You can't tell by looking at the model (the scale is too small), but looking at the pictures I guess it's supposed to be some combination of feline and raptor features.
It's kinda got the head/face of a cat with a birdlike long neck and wings.
Not one of my favorites so far.

I think this is the most posts I've ever seen in any thread started by "AutoAdmin".

    Sorry, my fault.
I probably should be putting these posts in the Trek Tech forum or the Art one.

Since I get a new ship about ever four weeks, it falls just under the thirty day limit for posting to an old thread so I just kept adding them here.

there’s also a dedicated eaglemoss thread in general trek discussion would could occasionally use a boost.

I prefer having a separate thread for the Discovery line.

Yes, but the pictures could be posted in both the General thread and the Discovery thread. More pictures are not bad :)

as pointed out in the other board, the sarcophagus ship special is on its way next month:

this was gonna be a skip for me, but seeing these pictures i'm not so sure. i did not like this design on screen but it looks like EM has managed to make a beautiful model out of it.

also, issue 12 discovery enterprise is just a shrunk down version of the XL, no changes i can see, except the magazine is different:

Very nice, but those Special Editions are priced way out of my bank account.
