What did Burnham do to Spock?

Mister Spock and Michael B.
Agreed to have a battle;
For Mister Spock said Michael B.
Had spoiled his nice new rattle.
Just then flew down a monstrous crow,
As black as a tar-barrel;
Which frightened both the heroes so,
They quite forgot their quarrel.

Even though it was in jest, Burnham's comparison of Spock's bowl haircut to that of failed child actors from 20th century Earth was just too much for him. Some things simply cannot be forgiven.

Spock likely got upset for Burnham being good with just about everything. maybe better than him. also maybe sarek and amanda paid so much attention to her and not spock since for sarek, she was to be the symbol that vulcans and humans were equal, which must have been hurtful to spock who was half vulcan and half human.

Burnham told Uhura an embarrassing story about him. Spock never forgave her.

I know what that embarrassing story is too, but you'll never get it out of me. I'm no snitch.

Spock never dated Uhura in TOS but since this is a prequel, I think they will touch on it that they maybe dated and spock wiped out her memories so she remembers nothing by the time tos came along but it will explain the heavy flirtation in charlie X

I was joking.

I'm thinking something reeaaally weird, like she and Spock had an incestuous love affair. Gotta' keep up with the Thrones'.

Michael told Spock that Amanda loved her more.

This sounds pretty plausible, actually. It's not true, but under exactly the wrong circumstances, I can picture Burnham saying that and Spock interpreting it the wrong way. Especially if Amanda is permitted to show affection to Burnham that she's forbidden to show Spock.

Indeed. Spock often felt like he couldn't express his true affection to his mother, and that might have been negatively impacted by her relationship with Burnham, especially at a young age, where jealousy can be a problem for Vulcans.
