Like I told someone elsewhere, I don't even want to imagine what those types of temperatures are like. I thought single digits were cold, but hearing about how cold it is in the Midwest right now is unfathomable. The coldest temperature I've ever experienced was -4. Which most sound like the tropics compared to -40.
It's been minus 6C here this week in Northern England. The temperatures I'm seeing on the news in America are blowing my mind. So to put it another way, it's around freezing here, and the temperatures in America are the same amount colder than the hottest summers we get in relation to the current temperatures here now. Insane.

Yep, snow at the moment I think we're supposed to get more tomorrow. I'm just hoping it doesn't last too much longer, I'm going away at the end of this month.

It's not actually, we were supposed to get more snow today, whether we're going to get some tonight or tomorrow I don't know. It's definitely very cold though.
