TV Guide is reporting that Fuller House's next season (season five) will be the end for that series. In non-cancellation news, The L Word is being revived for an eight episode season while Shameless gets a season 10.
The L Word ended on a cliff hanger where the surviving women were being questioned by the police for the murder of Mia Kirshner. Wait that was bonus content on the show time website, so it wasn't canon? (dvd extras and youtube.) They'll probably pull a Roseane and gloss over annoying continuity issues, like that they should all be in jail for murdering the most annoying woman in the galaxy,
Will and Grace handed annoying continuity issues better. Everything you liked in seasons 1-8 was canon, everything you don't like was just Karen being drunk and high.
For all it’s awfulness, I’m excited for The L Word to come back. I need Alice and Shane in my life again.
10 years on, Shane the misogynistic womanizer had to have woken up, trussed up, in as good as a Saw movie by now?
That's not surprising. The most recent season had started to feel stale. My favourite seasons so far have been season 1 and 3.
DJ has resolved her romance issues and is getting married soon. Stephanie is knocked up. Kimmy is almost back with her husband. Plain sailing into boring water.
Everyone online, and my sister, says that the third season finale acts like a good series finale. So at least the creators were fools about thinking they get many more seasons.
Who knows... give it a few years and it might be back. After Eric McCormack finishes up Will & Grace (again) and Travelers has time to achieve cult status... anything is possible.
True enough. With all the revivals and network changes a show isn't dead unless they drive a stake through its heart or the lead gets caught with a dead girl or a live boy.
I don't know, it's 2019, the girl might be able to be alive now. Just look at R Kelly. We are making progress!
