In which case would it have killed them to have one old clunky Daedalus or Kelvin type show up to the battle of binary stars?but shouldn't it be a hybrid of ENT/TOS?

There's some of that in the Connie.but shouldn't it be a hybrid of ENT/TOS?
I'm hoping that Kurtzman relinquishes at some point and lets the SPFx guys toss a few round nacelles in during the season.In which case would it have killed them to have one old clunky Daedalus or Kelvin type show up to the battle of binary stars?
He's given us the Connie and the D7, so we might.I'm hoping that Kurtzman relinquishes at some point and lets the SPFx guys toss a few round nacelles in during the season.
Huh? First Contact was the Enterprise-E, circa 2396, 140 years in the future.First Contact movie era
I don't agree at all. The Nacelles are all wrong, they don't fit in that era and they have TOS Style bussard collectors.I'd say most Discovery designs would sit nicely with the First Contact movie era. They don't look TOSish AT ALL. I'm not complaining, I like the Discovery ships. They're just very different.
well the ptolemy tug things looked like they might have had round nacelles. Enterprise has round nacelles too.I'm hoping that Kurtzman relinquishes at some point and lets the SPFx guys toss a few round nacelles in during the season.
(beside the ENTERPRISE)
At least on a coupe of background ships.
<fingers crossed>

The kept breaking off his models as a kid.I want to know why Fuller was against round nacelles.
I still don't see it, they have nothing in common.I'm saying the starship design aesthetics look like something that should be with the Enterprise-E
