Regardless of the actress, I'd like to see another female main villain. We only had that once, and it's been 20 years since.

^Alan Cumming actually called himself a Bond Boy when promoting GoldenEye.
We've never actually had ANY Bond Girls in the movies but we've had several Bond Women. 
Good call. I've been fond of her ever since I've seen her in Pillars of the Earth, and I think she would good Bond girl material.
As indifferent as I am to contemporary Bond in general, she'd make an amazing villainess. It's too bad she's not playing Mrs. Coulter in the BBC His Dark Materials series.Rachel Weisz

I completely expected at least one of the Bond Women to be 15 or 16 years old.

Although worth noting that Lynn-Holly Johnson's character is supposed to be way younger than 21, but in fairness Rog doesn't take advantage!
That's still a hilariously icky scene... her parading around trying to seduce this guy who's old enough (IRL as well as on screen) to be her dad, and he arches an eyebrow and tells her "Yes, well, you get your clothes on... and I'll buy you an ice cream."
