I don’t know if I’ve lost weight or not, i don’t track my weight. But, my belt is no longer fit for its sole purpose of holding up my pants. I need a new smaller notch hole.

Today, the book I ordered arrived two days early.

I checked Amazon to see if my package was even out for delivery yet and it showed as three stops away. I was prepared to wait until well into the evening when most of my packages are delivered.

Oh, happy day.

[edit] Jeez. The driver must be at an apartment building or have a lot of packages to a business. They've been at the same location for 20 minutes!

Been there. Done that. Love those stops as a driver. Hate them when I'm waiting for a package.

On the bright side, it'll be here hours before I was expecting it.

I finally met a person that I was trying to join for weeks and could help me solve one of my problems.

I gotta say, although I've worked with plenty of professional movie lights in my days, anywhere from 25-watt practical bulbs to 20K tungsten and 12K HMI lights, this little thing impresses the hell out of me.

My office is just this instant receiving a delivery of 500 kg / 1100 lbs of road-salt. That means that inevitably it'll stop to snow and freeze today and we'll propably get a heat wave I herewith declare Spring opened

I was contacted by a friend of mine who asked if he could put someone in contact with me for a possible commission on an officially-licensed product.

I had a nice cup of chocolate and a nice chat with my roomie today. I also managed to finish my laundry.

I was browsing a FB group and think I found a picture of some of my TOS chair prints all painted up with figures on them.

Always nice to see what people do with printed objects I've modeled.

I went to a store today thinking maybe the store might have adult coloring books for my friend in patient .. at the psych.. so they had four on sale at half off .. OMG I didn't think they would have any so --- I bought all four.. === I mean i know michaels has them but I could not get there in time..

I finished reading a book today, and as look would have it, a new one was delivered. Perfect timing.

I was served a really nice dinner after coming home from work very late, tired and hungry.

I did something I love but rarely do, because of the lack of opportunity. I listened to an entire Opera (Tosca) in one sitting. Usually, I am interrupted in the middle of it but not today. Oh, joy!

I realized my stupidity this evening after searching for some time on how to create geometry on a digital model so that an applied texture would be 3d printable. Sure, if I had a spare $800 I could buy Zbrush, but I don't, so I can't.

It turns out that ability is built right into my 3d modeler and has been for a long, long time. Grrr...

Of course, this means that this model has over 7 million triangles, but oh, well, I don't plan to print this particular model; it was just a test.

I wanted steak for dinner and I got steak for dinner, cooked to perfection, by me, served with Maris Piper chips, also made by me, and Colman’s English mustard. Side salad, still in the fridge, where it belongs.

And now my first beer since Monday.
