This week's thread is about recent, new, and upcoming films that you'd like to see but haven't gotten the chance to yet. Any film, regardless of genre, that has been/will be released from this September to January 2019 that you have not yet seen but would like to. Some suggestions: The Nutcracker, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Aquaman, Mortal Engines, Vice, Return to Marwen, The Girl in the Spider's Web, etc.

Standard av rules apply: 200 x 200 pixels max, 1 MB max, and please be work-safe and tasteful. I'll put the poll up Thursday, the 13th, or thereabouts.

My entry:
The Return of Mary Poppins. I really hope to get to see it this month.

@Starkers : where did your entry go? I think the link is broken.

Come on, gang! We need more entries! Can we get at least one or two more? Any movie that came out from September 1st to any movie coming out as late as January 31st, that you would like to see.

This is kinda messed up, considering we're talking a span of five months that are actually pretty packed with movies. I guess people are busy preparing for the holidays. Or actually watching the movies.

Anyway, here's my second entry:

Glass (coming in January)

Oh, yeah...I'd forgotten about that. Looks pretty interesting.

:sigh:.... I'll give it another day....put the poll up on Sunday, maybe.

I'd play, but I don't actually go to the movies. Too much hassle.
But the theme is movies coming out from September till the end of January that you'd like to see, not which ones you've actually seen or plan to go and see. As I understand it, you could just as well choose a movie being released in that time that you'd like to see eventually at home.

I guess I'm just disconnected. Mary Poppins is one of the few I'm really aware of, and if my Mom was still around, I would've been excited for her to see it since the original was kinda her thing.
