I just saw a Youtube video were it seems the lawsuit was settled and now they are going to work on finishing the project. I actually watched the first part just today for the first time to see it all the drama was worth it. I think it was pretty good and outstanding by fan film standards. Not the "Only real Trek" or whatever the dude was kind of saying in the video but I kind of look forward to seeing the rest of it. Also look forward to more of the fan drama as well of course. It wouldn't be Trek if fans weren't going out of their minds over something.:)

It's all BS and the film will never happen. Please read the history of this debacle before you get excited.

Okay I see that now. It's weird but I don't even think I knew the board had a fan productions forum.
