Most likely a natural product of her aging and nothing more. I have a thought that I don't want to voice since I don't want to sound like an angry feminist, but it is what it is.

    Thanks, everyone.

I know I haven't shared the ninth character studies with you yet but I must jump forward to the tenth - partly in the hope that you will also appreciate it.

I remember going home on a hot summer day this year when something suddenly struck my eyes. It was nothing special, only the noticeboard of the local transport company. However, the reason I suddenly became aware of it was that they used a very different colour combination from what they normally do. It was purple, it was pinkish and it was mingled with some grey and some pale blue. Very unusual for a transport company that normally only uses the different shades of blue - and basically the more boring ones. But it stuck with me. So I came home, started playing around with my image-making programme and I suddenly caught myself using those colours from the noticeboard.

The more I was messing around, the better I started to like the outcome. Since my best creations are usually the ones that I don't make in one go but give them a rest and revisit them, I did so on several occasions this time. And the end result was getting better and better too … at least in my eyes. Ultimately, I got rid of pale blue - it just didn't fit with the overall design. But I fell in love with the end product to the extent that this time I did not stop on the main characters but carried on with some of the recurring ones.

And I have never regretted it. I hope you will also like the tenth set of characters, starting with - who else of course? - my favourite Captain and my favourite character of all times: CAPTAIN KATHRYN JANEWAY. Enjoy.

I saw a picture and it did look thin. I can understand their concern as they really wanted her to appeal to that male demographic. ;)

I have to say I prefer the deeper, richer colors most of the time though teal is my favorite so i make an exception when it pops up. To be honest balance can also make me take a second look no matter what the shade.

Maybe the competition from the Voyager ladies made Troy flourish! ;)

    Hello guys,

Accidents will happen … and in my case I had no internet for nearly one week … :wah:
It seems that the network is so outdated that now that the subzero degrees had arrived, it just couldn't take it any longer …

So some kind of major malfunction occurred here where I live and it took them several days to fix it. The whole wiring needed to be replaced starting from the other end of our street up into my flat. And I was here left without internet, television and even landline phone …

But finally the network is back … so time for me to share CHAKOTAY with you. I hope you'll like him just as much as Janeway:

Chakotay and Tom are my favorites. I wish Chakotay had better episodes. I like the one where he is stuck with Janeway on that planet because they had a disease only the Viidians could cure. He even built a bath tub for Janeway.....

Me too. I would have liked to see more action scenes from him.

Yeah, but I hate this boxing episode. I love Shattered, though. Seven overwhelming Seska was a sight to behold!

Hate is too strong a word, but The Fight isn't one of my favorites. I still wish Beltran had taken his shirt off even without time to tone though. Shattered was good; haven't gotten to that one on rewatch yet, but Seven does kick some ass in that scene. :techman:

Subzero degrees, Thomas Eugene?! Oh my! If you want, I can ask to rioters teenagers/yellow vests operating in Paris and in its suburbs to head in Budapest and heat the atmosphere. Alright there would be plenty of mess but hey, with burned cars and street/office furniture everywhere, you'll be too hot! :ack::whistle::lol:

How is it in Paris anyway? I heard they canceled many games of Ligue 1 including a PSG match.... Do they need Tuvok and his security officers down there?

Well, according to medias et our Govenment, Paris prepares for insurrection and yes, Tuvok's wiseness & the presence of his Security officers would be welcome!
More seriously, this 4th Saurday should be difficult but since the yellow vests got the freeze/deleting of some unpopular measures, I think and hope that Paris won't be set on fire for the 4th and straight Saturday... .
    Tomorrow, think of me!

The only ones who are allowed to set Paris on fire (the city, not Tom Paris) is the local triumvirate Neymar/Cavani/Mbappé. Resistance against PSG is obviously currently futile as it is. At least in the local League.

Ah , the famous PSG's triumvirate! You're right, resistance agains PSG's multi-millions is futile but what about the creativity, shared spirit of pride and humility?

My thoughts are with you. It sounds positively chaotic. People need to get a life....one that doesn't include wanton destruction of other people's property.
