Publicity.Well he absolutely isn't going to get all copies of DSC destroyed nor is he getting all the profits from DSC. So his causes of action in the compllaint are never going to occur.
So if he doesn't want to get settlement money and move on what does he want?

To us, perhaps. To him it probably has a certain level of a fight that he can point to as being proof his game was going to be successful if not for evil CBS. Also, probably a certainly level of vindication for a perceived slight by CBS.Seems like an odd way to get it. I think marketing would be cheaper then spending a ton of money on a lawsuit you are going to lose.
