It will be about Picard.Do we already know what the new Picard show will be about?

So disappointing...It will be about Picard.
I think it will be Picard plus a bunch of people we've never seen before and the occasional guest star from TNG... hopefully in more than a cameo role...
Depends on your view of Picard. That doesn't necessarily mean it will be bad.
My view is looking down on the top of his head, backlit by four, maybe five lights... so "reflective".Depends on your view of Picard.

Which Picard? Stick up the butt Picard? Condescending Picard? Action Hero Picard?Depends on your view of Picard.
I'm hoping for a new one-Grumpy Old Man Picard. I'm trying to collect the whole set.Which Picard? Stick up the butt Picard? Condescending Picard? Action Hero Picard?
Johnathan Frakes has been slimming down. It's almost as if there is a uniform he need to get into...

Indeed, he sure was breaking a sweat during those 'action' scenesIt's a good thing, he's a lot fatter in Nemesis than he was at the beginning of the series.
But it has to happen for real for it to count.IOW, the way he was in the future part of "All Good Things..." and the end of "The Inner Light".
That's simply not true, we know barely anything about the 23rd century, the majority of the TOS adventures where isolated incidents, we got to see the adventures of one ship over just a few years.
Agreed. I question the logic of the "setting it after Voyager will free it up continuity-wise" argument. There are 21 seasons of established 24th Century continuity that you have to be careful about not abrogating. Heaven help the producer that forgets what happened in a third season episode of Voyager that is suddenly very important to some fans.
Fortunately they had a backup plan: screw up the Borg themselves so much that no one would care about them and change the channel when they saw a cube on the intro. You're joking, right? Like when the writers of Voyager completely screwed up the Borg timeline?
