Discoprise won't have TOS "cardboard sets"

IDW's artists will do a Google search and draw whatever they see. The TOS bridge covered in Next Gen LCARS graphics, countless incorrect ships (once they used one of @MadMan1701A's Kelvin universe Enterprise mods with swept-back nacelles long before Beyond's version) and whatnot. And then Countdown mentioned a Vulcan Praetor...

I don’t know where they find their artists. I really don’t. The indie comics scene in the UK is full of people that know one end of a constitution class from the other.

V'Las was referred to as 'Administrator' in the 2150s, but that title may have changed after the government was reformed.

Per TOS - "Amok Time" (ST: D takes place about 10 years prior to that episode at this point) - it's probably T'Pau.
I meant the actual title, as King Daniel was expressing displeasure at the title Praetor, even though it could make sense as Romulan and Vulcan languages may have derived from a common linguistic ancestry and thus translated similarly. I was wondering if the Vulcan leader's title had ever been stated in a canon source.
