Stop being triggered this easily. My post had nothing to do with pearl-clutching. I personally neither see the problem with resurrecting old threads, nor do I have any deep feelings about Babe threads one way or the other. But I know that the board's team barely tolerate one, but actively fight against the other, and as the user who did resurrect this thread wasn't a newbie, but another long-time user, it struck me as odd. That user must have known about the policies of the board concerning these issues, so doing it anyway felt like it had to be a conscious move.
