Well, I said "It seems like...". I know all about that particular crowd, it just seems like they would be over it at this point. Folks are going to have to get used to sharing the planet with people different than themselves.
Well, to get back to the case in question the summons and complaint still haven't been delivered to CBS yet because the Tardigrade lawyer can't get the forms filled out right or figure out what company he actually needs to sue.

Not really. This does not look like a lawyer prepared to take this to trial but one who is expecting/hopes for a quick settlement.

No, but there is a big difference between saying "I don't like X for reasons Y" and saying that people who criticize The Orville are "nervous", which is trolling them, albeit mildly, and also seems somewhat lacking in self-awareness for the reasons stated.
