Eaglemoss Starship Models Twitter Page just announced two more. I guess 137 & 138 ?
Xindi Humanoid
USS Lantree
The Primates were the last of the Xindi races to have a model of their signature ship, but it's still maddening that the most frequently-seen Xindi ship, Degra's ship, still hasn't gotten a model yet.
I have Reliant, Bozeman, and Saratoga... Lantree might be a Miranda variant too far for me.
Yeah, they're pushing it, but it might be nice to have a Miranda without a roll bar like the Reliant or extra bits on the side or back like the Bozeman and Saratoga. I wonder what the magazine article will be about. Dr. Pulaski, perhaps? Or maybe something on the history of genetic engineering in Star Trek.
Heh...at least they haven't tried passing off a cheap Brittain/Brattain repaint yet.
I am looking forward to the
Antares variant, though.
Me too.
Give them some credit, though, so far, apart from the Enterprise-A and a few specials like the mirror universe special, the Yorktown special, and the glow-in-the-dark Defiant 1764, they haven't made ships of the same class unless they were clearly distinct variants (Excelsior/Enterprise-B, Reliant/Saratoga, Equinox/Rhode Island, Honshu/Phoenix), though I admit, I wouldn't mind a Columbia NX-02
The magazine for the Voyager prototype was still in work the last time I talked to Eaglemoss, which was just in the last week or so.
I'm curious what that magazine will be about too. Maybe an interview with Rick.
