I mean we can assume they'll all be promoting the show/announcing new ones at SDCC, but has anything official been said yet?

Marvel and DC have all announced their shows and Doctor Who and The Orville have panels.

They're also taking over a nearby Art Gallery (again, they did it last year) to show off Mirror Universe costumes and props, with photo-ops with the Emperor's throne.

It's separate from Comic-Con, you don't need a pass to see it, so good news if any of you live near San Diego.

I'm going to try to go to the art gallery, I live in O.C., Calif. I don't have a ticket to Comic-Con.

Not too bad for a show several on here said would be cancelled before season 1 finished airing.

I'm sure there's more than one person on Trekbbs who could explain to you, using a massive amount of words and extremely intellectual sounding arguments, how none of this means anything, and it's actually an an indication of how everyone hates the show and it is a massive financial failure because the fans have spoken and have all the power blah blah blah.

So fret not my friend...surely there's a logical reason for all this.

I think you typically have to be on line for Hall H the night or day before. If I'm not mistaken it's THE main hall.

The eyes of the geek world will be watching Hall H! All the big movies use it and some TV series if they're lucky! The nrw Doctor Who will be previewed there, they usually get in. And yes, fans are known to have camped in line the night before to get in

Ohh nice, Anson Mount is going to be there.

Hopefully we''ll get the first full pictures/footage of him as Pike?

Interesting that Isaacs is coming to the Trek convention in Vegas. Wouldn't seem like he'd bother going if he were done with the show.
