Hadn't even seen that! Ya know, sometimes I amaze even myself.

Positing a theory (that may be more helpful than my last post), let's look at the characters. First, you have the Skywalker clan:
Then, you have people who play big roles in the Skywalker story
- Anakin/Vader
- Padme, his wife
- Luke, his son
- Leia, his daughter
- Han, his son-in-law
- Kylo Ren, his grandson and student to Luke
Perhaps the poster is focusing more on the journeys of Luke and Anakin then it is about trying to include every character? Just a thought.
- Qui-Gon, discovered Anakin
- Obi-Wan, Anakin's best friend and mentor to both Anakin and Luke
- Artoo, companion to both Anakin and Luke
- Yoda, mentor to both Anakin and Luke
- Rey, student to Luke
- BB-8, okay, I admit, I don't have much for this one... he's cute?
It's a conspiracy. Just like how they faked the moon landing because real aliens helped them film it. It's so obvious!Glad to help???
So are you blaming the racism present in SW fandom on the fact that people don't find an issue with this poster, but you do?
If that is the case, then you are accusing the folks at Lucasfilm of aiding and abetting racist fans, which is wild because those same racist fans accuse Lucasfilm of aiding and abetting the erasure of white (males) from the SW films.
And?No minority characters, yet Luke and Leia appear twice.
And?
Has anyone seen the new Lucasfilm poster for the 2018 Comic Con?

Is this poster legitimate? I hope not, because there is something clearly wrong with it . . . in the Sequel Trilogy section. For example . . . where is John Boyega and Oscar Isaac? Where are they? Both of them, especially Boyega, are supposed to be the leads with Daisy Ridley in the Sequel Trilogy. Why does this poster have an older Mark Hamill and an older Carrie Fisher, both who were basically supporter characters in compare to Boyega and Isaac?
I hope that this poster is false. If not, Disney and Lucasfilm have a lot of explaining to do.
I don’t understand your thought process. The artist clearly explained his thought process, which WASN’T guided by Lucasfilm, is very logical, doesn’t disrupt any of the efforts made by a Lucasfilm to be inclusive up to this point and is a POSTER. Just one of thousands produced for SE films. Yet, you declare all of the above to be “BS” and are going to boycott the next film? I just don’t get it.And . . . it's a joke, considering that the two male leads of the Sequel Trilogy are portrayed by actors who are African-British and Latino.
I recall reading this article - https://m.facebook.com/vandalayindustries/posts/10216098326906646?notif_id=1530467207280905 - and it seemed to be nothing more than good old fashioned bullshit. You know what? That's it. I'm boycotting "Episode IX".
Okay. See you December 20, 2019.You know what? That's it. I'm boycotting "Episode IX".

Is this illustrative of looking for things to be outraged over?I don’t understand your thought process. Finn helped get Rey started on her journey. I would think that is an important piece of the saga.
Wasn’t that really BB-8?
Finn also seemed important in helping Rey hold off Kylo Ren? Or am I misremembering?
Are you for real? And . . . it's a joke, considering that the two male leads of the Sequel Trilogy are portrayed by actors who are African-British and Latino.

Ray's journey in the Force has little to nothing to do with Finn though.
Though the question is who is the focus of the image. The woman up front, or the "villain" in back? Ray is the central character of the new trilogy. But Padme and Leia were not the central characters of their own trilogies. That would be Anakin and Luke. (though some might debate that the central character of the PT is really Obi-wan). The linking theme seems to be the Skywalkers and their legacy, though unless something radical happens, Ben Solo will be the Last Skywalker.
Whoa! Now we're dealing with some Serious Business. You know what? That's it. I'm boycotting "Episode IX".
