Who is Your Favorite Starfleet Admiral?

Nechayev from TNG/DS9 and Paris from Voyager. The only ones who were developed in any great way. Ross from DS9 got some development but he was just kinda Sisko's soundboard.

Admiral Quinn gets a special mention for kicking Riker's ass.

Bit of a tie between Marcus and Leyton: the former is the more effective of the two "I am the real hero of this adventure!" characters, but the latter achieves it with a lower body count, which IMHO gives him more panache points than Marcus' byzantine plans that all go "first I massacre X, then good things somehow follow".

Also, Haden. Consistent recurring in the Romulan context, a Robau style tough guy act in a minimum number of lines, none of that badmiral stuff, and we actually get a simple boss-employee dynamic for Picard for a rare once.

Marcus and Leyton are traitors to the ideals of the Federation and are a disgrace to Starfleet.
But hey, that's just like my opinion, man.
