Don't give money to the last Jedi remake projects

If he does, he'd probably phone in his performance as he's already gone on record to say he's emotionally clocked out. Not that he doesn't care about Daisy Ridley or anything but the appeal to him was in getting the band back together and he only had the one scene with Carrie to show for it.
I think you’re wrong

You got something besides words to back up this assertion?

I think you're gonna be disappointed.

Wow, a bunch of edited clips with the last comment being "I don't care anymore in that way" totally means Mark is out...

I started outo laughing at the Disney haters but now I'm as furious at them as the biggest haters. They really did Jill star wars! They screwed over Hamill, they made Fisher lose weight probably adding to get death, they destroyed any nostalgia star wars held... Fuck Disney!!!!!!! I'll be pissing in the middle of the new Star wars land once it opens.

Is it bad that I can't tell if this is serious or not?

I never watched the prequels in theatre. However I was so looking forward to TFA and mostly enjoyed it. Seeing the oldies reprise their roles was pretty important to me as a fan. I was really gutted when Han fell :( I wish I hadn't seen TLJ though. Kind of ruined things, I would've preferred it didn't go the way it did.
Pretty much the opposite for me.

TFA nearly me off going to see Rogue One (or any others) but I loved Rogue One and thought The Last Jedi knocked it out of the park.

I'm just concerned that JJ is back for the next one...

Perfectly serious. It took me a while to realize what's happening, but from now on star wars are just movies. I'll watch them, I'll probably when enjoy them, but without the nostalgia they're just movies. The magic has been snuffed out.

If the movies' magic was based on nostalgia, then it deserved to die.

For what it's worth, I remember him dissing RETURN OF THE JEDI back in the day, calling it overly pat and what-not.

God love him, but he's always been an opinionated guy where STAR WARS is concerned. None of this is shocking or without precedent.

Star Wars has always just been a movie series. Everyone has their favorites and least favorites. It's no big deal, never was.

I kind of like that. He's opinionated in ways that can go in any direction but there's this very real (and to be expected) investment he has in the character. I've tried to separate my disappointment in Luke's story from still having an appreciation for the actor's work. Maintaining a character over such a course of years is pretty cool.

Because it appears like this campaign is a scam.

In a way, yes.

Never support something, you could be associated with a larger group.

Nah, I think PSA is pretty accurate.

Well, yea, you wouldn't ask the "Nigerian Prince" who send you an email about how he wants to share his wealth with you about his side of the story.

I really don't care about Axanar at all, but I get a rather anti-Axanar vibe from the BBS in general, so I wouldn't be surprised if no one here was an Axanar supporter.

Pretty much agree with this, I don't really care.

Even if it's not a scam, the chances are... slim.

Well, PewDiePie has 50 million subscribers on YouTube. The world will survive some people on Twitter who want to make a TLJ remake (if it isn't scam).

Well, that wouldn't be particularly nice.

Can't we just have propaganda from all sides in one movie?!

Eh, I've seen worse.

Greatest Reply ever! I frickin love you! Intelligent, cheaky, and agreeable. You are amazing.
